SEEKING: Administrative Coordinator

Vermette Orthodontics is looking for an Administrative Coordinator, focusing on Scheduling, to shine at our Front Desk. Experience within the orthodontic and/or dental fields is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate is organized, outgoing, self-motivated and customer service oriented.

The successful candidate will act as the office concierge by utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance service to patients, referring offices, and co-workers. This is accomplished by coordinating patient schedules, booking and preparing for initial patient consultations, maintaining all areas of the Front Desk and arranging for the expeditious response to patient concerns about all aspects of their care at Vermette Orthodontics.

The position work schedule is 13 days per month. Hours are 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. Our schedule is set a year in advance to assist in planning.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, telephone and up to date computer skills. Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced situations. Team player with flexibility. Experience working with the public. Pleasant attitude and neat appearance are a must.
